Fun in the pool

Well, Sammy went out and spent $3 of her hard earned money and bought herself a little pool. She finally got a chance to run out to the store and she decided today was a good day to set it up and play around so I busted out the camera.

Oh, and Carl stopped by for a few days since he hadn’t been able to play with Sammy for a bit. Enjoy the pictures in the gallery.

A brief update

I just thought I would mention that my little business project is
getting closer and close to reality. I have meetings with a lawyer,
the SBDC, Qwest and the governor’s office. Hopefully we will be able
to start getting our funding very soon.

As I stated in an earlier post this little project will be big when
it comes through as it will most definitely change the way
prescription drugs are handled from this point forward. It will help
reduce fraud and errors in filling prescription drugs and will also
make me some money. It is the largest project I have ever attempted
and I have had such a great response that I am becoming more and more
confident that this will fly like an eagle and really do some good.
Well, enough for now, but keep checking back as I intend to update
this site more often than I did with the previous versions.

Sammy is far too photogenic

I have just spent the last 8 hours or so uploading and organizing all 1200 of Sammy’s pictures to my new photo gallery site. Feel free to click on the link on the right that says “Photo gallery!!!”

Welcome to bertbehrens.com version 4.0

I have finally grabbed a few minutes to revamp the site and hopefully will be able to throw things up here a little more often than I have in the past. Here’s a recap of what has happened since I last posted anything to a website.

I developed a software program that transmits prescripton drug information from doctors to pharmacies and does it quickly. I am currently working on completing all the documentation to go out and look for money to start a company to support it.

I have left my job with Tel-Dug to allow for full-time work on the above project.

Sammy turned 1 and can walk like the Dickens. She is also getting very talkative, but my babelfish isn’t really hitting the spot so I still don’t quite understand what she is talking about.

There is probably other stuff that I am failing to mention but thats the basic idea of the thing.

More to come sooonn. I promise :D
